Sharing knowledge with customers to help them get the most from their broiler breeding stock is a top priority for Aviagen Kft. On Oct. 30, Dejan Bosanac, the company’s regional technical manager, and Vladimir Bacak, sales and technical manager, joined 26 delegates from parent stock customer Xaverov in the Czech Republic to discuss important management topics critical to achieving this goal. Best practices in male management and the early stages of production were at the top of the agenda.
“Our Aviagen Kft team is committed to working closely with our local customers to strengthen their businesses, as well as the performance, health and welfare of their birds. We enjoyed this day of exchanging effective management techniques with the Xaverov team, and received positive feedback on the workshop’s interactive approach to exploring these topics,” commented Vladimir.
One of the attendee’s summed up his experience: “The Aviagen Kft workshop was interesting and beneficial for us, especially for our farm managers. I was impressed by how actively everyone was engaged in the entire workshop, discussing topics ranging from the latest breeding developments to advice on getting chicks off to a good start.”
